Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Bernard Salameh, based in Lebanon, which operates Mutuals. By creating an account or using Mutuals, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Mutuals

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

• Use your real name and a phone number that belongs to you.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people.

3. What you must not do

• Pretend to be someone else or create fake accounts.
• Harass, threaten, stalk or bully anyone.
• Use offensive, hateful or sexual names or usernames.
• Try to collect other people's information, copy the service, or access it with automated tools.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of Mutuals.
• Use Mutuals for anything illegal.

You can block and report people in the app. We review reports and may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

4. Purchases

Some features may be available through optional in-app purchases. Payments and refunds are handled by the app store under its terms.

5. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

6. The service

We work hard to keep Mutuals running well, but it is provided "as is". We may change, pause or stop features. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for the actions of other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Mutuals means you accept the updated terms.
